Over the past 4 years, we have gone through a number of changes, including the rebrand from Copper and Cream to Just Dessert Me earlier this year. Throughout this, we have always found it difficult to keep everyone up to date with things, so we have decided to write a weekly blog — highlighting what's been, what's coming and what's good currently with Just Dessert Me.
What's been — the big ups of 2026
As this is our first entry, when it comes to highlighting what's been, the rebrand and the upgrade to our mobile trailer have to be the big ups in 2026! No more putting the roof up at each event — we can now turn up, set up, deliver deliciousness and then leave. This has meant we want to absolutely pack out our summer schedule, so watch this space!
Where to find us this week
This coming week, we are at Tokoroa Night Market on Wednesday, University Night Market on Friday, and Bremworth Park for the WUAFC 5-A-Side Tournament on Saturday — before heading up to Go Media Stadium to watch the Warriors defeat the Dolphins! (We need time away from the shops, and there is nowhere else we would rather be as diehard Warriors supporters!) Then on Sunday night we plan to be at the Chartwell Night Market. A BUSY BUSY BUSY week ahead!
What's new this week?
We recently changed the caramel flavour in our Chocolate Caramel Cookie Pies and the new flavour is AMAZING! Come in and try it for yourself and you will understand the hype!
