This week we unfortunately received the resignation of one of our staff, Michelle. Michelle has been with us almost 9 months and during that time has become a friendly face with all of our customers. While we will miss her, it now comes time to sit down and plan the summer ahead while also training not only Michelle's replacement but a junior staff member also!
Summer is booking up fast
The summer period is booking up fast, with 3-4 events every week from now until April 2027! There are a few gap weeks where we have a Saturday free, but these are few and far between!
NEW — Banoffee Cookie Pie
We have also released our new Banoffee Cookie Pie this week. These are our best flavour yet (in our opinion!) and we can't wait for all of our customers to try these! Get in store before they sell out!
Our outdoor space — a change of plans
We had originally planned to also continue planning our updated outdoor space at our Hillcrest store. Unfortunately, after meeting with Waikato Waters we have to replan this, as the bowling club behind our store is soon to become 2 large water tanks to increase the supply for the Hillcrest area — and they need part of our driveway grass area to do this! We are now planning something smaller scale, but still increasing our outdoor seating capability!
